EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT · REGIONAL PRODUCTION

CIBC Caribbean - Engaging Moments SS2

Bringing real stories closer to the people behind the organisation.

CIBC Caribbean wanted to strengthen employee connection and morale by creating space for colleagues to share authentic stories of achievement, community, family, health and personal resilience.Following the success of the original Engaging Moments series and Leadership Fireside Chat, Season 2 expanded the programme across the region, giving more employees an opportunity to share their experiences and connect through stories that felt personal, relevant and real.

The Approach

The concept centred on authentic storytelling. Rather than relying on formal corporate messaging, Engaging Moments created space for employees to speak openly about the experiences that shaped them, from personal achievements and family to community, health and resilience.

The format was designed to feel personal and accessible while still aligning with the standards and objectives of a regional organisation.

The Delivery

House of Alles led the production end to end, managing the creative, technical and operational requirements across the two-day production.

This included set design, branded procurement, talent preparation, on-camera makeup, photography, videography, audio and production management. Hybrid coordination also enabled colleagues across the region to participate remotely and be interviewed seamlessly alongside the on-island production.

The Impact

The resulting series gave employee experiences a visible place within the organisation and created a shared point of connection across territories.

The response went beyond the finished content. Employees felt seen, leaders felt more connected to their people, and the series demonstrated how authentic storytelling can strengthen internal culture and engagement.

People felt seen. Leaders felt connected. Culture moved forward.

The Approach

Accessibility was treated as part of the experience from the outset, rather than as an additional production consideration.

The approach centred on creating an environment where participants could engage with the conference regardless of whether they were attending in person or online, while ensuring accessibility requirements were integrated naturally into the production.

The Delivery

House of Alles provided the technical and production support across the three-day conference, coordinating the elements required to keep the experience seamless across audiences and platforms.

This included audio production, hybrid audience coordination, live streaming, photography and videography, alongside dedicated capture of the sign-language interpreter and raw interview footage for future use.

Our familiarity with disability-focused stakeholder environments also informed how the production was managed, allowing technical requirements to be handled with sensitivity, precision and minimal disruption to participants.

The Impact

The result was a more inclusive conference experience that allowed participants in the room and online to engage with the programme without accessibility becoming a barrier to participation.

By integrating accessibility into the production itself, the event delivered on its purpose while creating content and documentation that could continue to serve the organisation beyond the three-day conference.

Accessible by design. Seamless in delivery. Built for every audience.

The Approach

The challenge was to make a complex and evolving financial topic accessible without losing its substance.

The experience was structured around a live panel format that gave industry stakeholders space to explore the changing payments landscape, while the production environment ensured the conversation remained engaging, professional and aligned with the CIBC Caribbean brand.

The Delivery

House of Alles developed the production environment and managed the technical elements required to bring the discussion together.

Event production, audio, visual support, photography and videography worked together to create a polished live experience while capturing the conversation for continued use beyond the event.

The programme explored the Central Bank of Barbados’ integration of BIMPay into CIBC Caribbean’s 1stPay solution, alongside the wider digital payments roadmap for businesses.

The Impact

The result was a professionally produced platform that made an important financial services conversation accessible, engaging and relevant to its audience.

By combining thoughtful experience design with disciplined production, the event gave a complex subject a clear and approachable platform while creating valuable visual content around the conversation.
